Our Return Policy:

West-of-5th gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our website for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Items should retain original manufacturer's tags. Items returned after 30 days, but in original condition will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Items returned after 60 days, worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.

Outside North America, we cannot accept cross-border returns.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

Please send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
